- One BLUEpoints physical or virtual card issued per person.
- Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points (food only). If the check is split, points will be added to both guests’ cards with their individual check amounts.
- Points are automatically credited to your account when you present your BLUEpoints card or provide your email address and/or phone number to your server or bartender.
- Points are non-transferable, have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Points earned or redeemed do not apply to alcohol, tax, retail or gratuity.
- Nona Blue’s employees are not eligible to participate.
- Nona Blue is not liable for points or rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use. This includes activity caused by lost cards.
- Nona Blue may terminate access to the BLUEpoints Loyalty Program if fraud is suspected.

- Your BLUEpoints Rewards do not expire and may be rolled over to a following year.
